About these terms

These Terms and Conditions set out the basis on which Nestphase ("we", "us", "our") offers its retirement records information sessions and document organisation services. By enquiring about, booking, or attending any Nestphase session, you agree to the terms set out below.

Educational and administrative scope

All Nestphase sessions — including the Retirement Records Information Session, the Document Companion Workshop, and the Extended Records Re-Organisation Programme — are educational and administrative in nature. Nothing said or provided during any session, in any printed reference material, or anywhere on this website constitutes financial, legal, or professional advice of any kind.

Our sessions cover general frameworks for sorting, labelling, and organising personal document collections. We do not assess, interpret, or offer opinions on entitlements, income matters, pension arrangements, estate matters, or any other matter requiring professional or regulated advice.

If you require advice on financial, legal, medical, or any other regulated subject, we encourage you to consult a suitably qualified professional independently.

How bookings are made

Bookings are accepted by enquiry through this website or by telephone. A booking is confirmed only when we issue a written confirmation to you by email. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

Session fees are as follows:

• Retirement Records Information Session — RM 530 per person
• Document Companion Workshop — RM 1,750 per person
• Extended Records Re-Organisation Programme — RM 4,400 per person or couple

Payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking. Fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at the time of booking.

Fees are subject to change. Any change in fee will not apply to bookings already confirmed in writing.

Changes to your booking

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us as early as possible by telephone or email. Our cancellation and rescheduling terms are as follows:

• More than 7 days before the session: Full refund or rescheduling at no additional charge.
• 3 to 7 days before the session: A rescheduling credit equal to 75% of the session fee will be held for use within 6 months. No cash refund.
• Less than 3 days before the session: No refund or rescheduling credit. The full session fee is retained.

If Nestphase is required to cancel or reschedule a session for any reason, we will notify you as soon as practicable and offer a full refund or an alternative session date at no additional charge.

In the case of multi-session programmes (Extended Records Re-Organisation Programme), cancellation terms apply to the programme as a whole from the date of the first session.

Reference sheets and printed materials

Where printed reference sheets, folder labels, or other materials are provided as part of a session, these are included in the session fee and intended for the personal use of the participant. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our prior written consent.

All materials are provided for general organisational reference only. They do not constitute advice of any kind. We take reasonable care in preparing materials but make no representation as to their completeness or suitability for any particular purpose.

Our responsibilities and limits

Nestphase provides information and document organisation sessions only. We are not responsible for any decisions made, actions taken, or outcomes arising from attendance at any session or use of any materials provided.

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our total liability to any participant in connection with any session shall not exceed the fee paid for that session.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter that cannot be lawfully limited.

Ownership of content

All content on this website — including text, design, layout, reference frameworks, and materials — is the property of Nestphase or its content providers and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may print or download material from this website for your own personal, non-commercial use. No content may be reproduced, adapted, or published for any other purpose without our prior written consent.

Session expectations

Participants are expected to engage respectfully with session companions and fellow participants. We reserve the right to ask a participant to leave a session if their behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.

For group sessions such as the Document Companion Workshop, participants are responsible for the documents they bring. Nestphase does not retain, copy, or store any personal documents brought to sessions. We do not take responsibility for loss or damage to documents brought to a session.

How we handle your personal data

The collection and use of personal data in connection with bookings and website enquiries is governed by our Privacy Policy. We encourage you to read it alongside these terms.

Jurisdiction and applicable law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these terms or from attendance at any Nestphase session shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.

Updates to this document

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. The version in effect at the time of your booking will apply to that booking. We encourage you to review this page before making a new booking. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
